It's packed. Like really packed. Really packed.
So you've got to hear it.
It's a great one too because it gets to the guts of like why our teeth are falling apart.
It gets to that.
Gianna says, Hi AW, just finished listening to the podcast episode.
It was awesome. Thank you, Gianna. Thank you for listening to it. Incredible. So happy you did.
Amazing. Umacalli, hope you don't eat all that. No, I'm going to eat all of this.
I'm even going to have some popcorn too a little later on. That would be great. And I'll tank all
these ice creams as well. Yeah. So incredible. Michelle L. Brilliant podcast. Amazing. Good to
see you. So we're going to talk about what was in the podcast a little bit. So if you guys are on
here right now, please stick around because we're going to cover some of that incredible information
that's in there, it's really eye-opening, really is, and that's a big deal.
Happy to see you guys, too.
So let's go into it a little bit.
So if you just came on right now, we're talking about the new podcast episode I just released.
Just released it last night.
Got to check it out.
You guys, I'm so happy about the podcast coming back with new episodes.
I am thrilled.
I am thrilled.
So it's a teeth episode.
So it's about oral health.
It's about your teeth.
This is a big one right here. It's called Everyone's Getting Drilled. It's an amazing
episode, right? So you're going to hear why tooth problems aren't just about eating candy. You've
heard that, right? It's all about candy. Like you're eating too much candy. That's why you're
losing your teeth. It's all the candy. That's what's doing it. Okay. Or it's the lemons you're
doing, right? We hear about that all the time. It's the lemons. The lemons are hurting your teeth,
right? And you know, it's all the sugar that's hurting your teeth. That's what it is. You guys,
It's all the sugar. Look at all the sugar. We're going to go into details about this a little bit
too. You guys on TikTok, if you just came on here, you have to check out the episode. It's about teeth.
Everyone's getting drilled. It's an incredible episode, just letting you know. And we're live
right now. We're going to talk about all the different points as well. So this is going to be
great. Okay. So let's get the teeth out now, right? You guys brush every day? Do you guys brush every
day? Every day you do your brushing, right? Is that what you do? It's like you get up in the
morning and you brush your teeth. You go to the dentist, you get your teeth cleaned, right?
Everybody's brushing, spitting and rinsing out, right? The whole bit. Brushing again, okay?
And then you're still having teeth problems years later. I brushed. I flossed. I brushed. I flossed.
I did, you know, I went to the dentist. I got my cleanings. I got all everything, but I got teeth
problems. I got cavities happening. I got gum disease happening. I need root canals. I got all
kinds of problems because that's what people are going through, right? You guys. And so it's like,
what is it? What did it? Was it all the sugar? And that's what we're told. It's the sugar.
That's what we're told all the time, right? If you guys just came on here, we're talking about
the podcast episode I just released. You got to check it out. It's incredible. Apple podcast,
Medical Meme Podcast at Apple Podcast.
Link is in the description.
Link is in profile up there.
TikTok.
You guys have to hear the episode.
Your mind will open.
You will hear about truly the core stuff.
The core stuff of why we lose our teeth.
Right?
So everybody's taking care of their teeth.
Right?
You guys are brushing.
You guys are flossing.
Right?
That's what you're doing.
You're going to the dentist.
You're getting your teeth cleaned.
You're getting your teeth scraped.
The whole bit.
You're getting it worked on, right?
Victoria Rising says it was such a great podcast.
Awesome.
Awesome.
So you don't like dentists?
So anyway, you guys, let's go into this.
People think it's the sugar.
They think that's the problem.
Like it's sugar.
That's the problem.
And so people always pick on the sugar aspect as if that's causing a problem with the teeth.
But people don't realize it's not the sugar that destroys teeth.
This is why you can have one kid, right?
Getting one cavity, another kid getting 15 cavities.
All right?
So you got, so say you got two kids.
One kid has one cavity or no cavities, crunching on sugar and all the different ways and avenues.
And another child having 15.
They're all eating the same, relatively the same foods and sweets.
and another child having 15 cavities where they just lose their teeth, their first set of teeth
too. That's another thing too. I don't know if you've ever seen that where, how come that happens?
How come one person is losing their teeth? Another person is not losing their teeth or one person's
getting a whole ton of cavities, you know, all the time. They have to get all the fillings and
everything. And another person's not, right? How does that work? Because it's more to it.
So let's talk about the sugar aspect though. Olivia says, this was such a great episode,
way beyond the teeth. Whoa. Thanks, Olivia. Incredible. You guys got to check it out.
Seriously. Anybody who hasn't listened to it, go to Apple Podcasts, Medical Mean Podcasts at
Apple Podcasts. The link is in the description if you need to know where it is. You have to check
out this episode. The episode's free. And guess what? No advertisements, you guys.
no, it's a number one podcast. The medical mean podcast is a number one podcast. Just
think about this. It's the only one. It's the only number one podcast that doesn't put
advertisements, commercials in the podcast. You guys, I don't know if you guys know what that
means. Meaning in the sense where I'm breaking the rules, like breaking the rules. That's not
allowed. It angers a lot of people in the industry. You have to have commercials, commercials,
commercials, commercials. That's what everybody does. It's commercial free. You can listen to it
commercial free and it's free anyway. Okay. Kim Miller says, that was me. I I've had teeth issues
since I was a kid. No matter what I did, my teeth were getting worse. Once I got really sick,
they were completely falling apart. Yeah, I totally understand. They were completely
falling apart. It was so scary doing your protocols for the last three years. My teeth
have never been healthier. Incredible. Incredible. Yeah, that's how it works. Our teeth just start to
fall apart and it's terrible what happens. We think it's sugar, right? So I'm looking at this
piece of cake that I want to eat right now. I'd like to have this cake, okay? And this isn't all
sugar right here. Do you guys think this is all sugar? This is just one big slice of sugar?
because I'm thinking that there's butter in this cake. I'm scratching my head a little bit here,
and I'm like, okay, this isn't sugar. This is butter. Or say it's a cake with lard. Or say
it's a cake with gluten, right? Wheat, flour. Say it's a cake with flour, right? And probably
corn oil and lard and butter and who knows what else in the icing. This isn't made out of sugar.
This is not a sugar cake right here. So you're not looking at a sugar cake, you guys. Okay,
I don't know how much cake you guys had in your life, but you're not looking at,
this isn't made out of sugar. I mean, this is important to know. That's the confusion out there.
I got a nice cake over here. Let me take off my top right here. Can't wait to eat all these later,
you guys. I'm hungry too. This is a nice big chocolate cake right here. Got to be careful.
It doesn't fall and break. And I have to tell you something. Is this whole cake made out of sugar?
Because I'm kind of like confounded a little bit on that one, right? Is this one big hunk of sugar?
because it's not. That's just an ingredient in here. That's what this is. When people say they're
on sugar, when they say like, yeah, no, I stay away from sugar because I don't want to destroy
my teeth. What sugar are they staying away from? Are they just doing sugar cubes? Because
I want to know, like when someone says, yeah, no, I'm avoiding sugar. Are they avoiding sugar cubes?
Is that what they're avoiding? Just straight sugar cubes? Are they avoiding like just,
scooping sugar in the mouth? Is that what people do? I know that people have done that, right?
Cold White Spring, it's all fat. It's all fat. But I know people have done that, right? But how
many people do that every day? Like I'm addicted to sugar. I'm eating sugar every day. Let me just
get a bowl of this sugar out right here. Let me do that. Let me just get a bowl of this sugar out,
right? And they're doing that, right? And they're just eating straight sugar. We don't do that.
We don't. And that's where the big confusion is too. People don't realize that we're sitting here
running from sugar, but sugar isn't why everybody's teeth falls apart on any level, on any level at
all. That's why one kid could be crunching on candy, another kid crunching on candy,
and one kid loses all their teeth. Their baby teeth are just falling apart. The dentist is like,
well, we have to fill another one. We have to fill another one. Let's not try to fill that one in
because they're going to lose the tooth anyway, right? So, Coloid Spring says, I was avoiding
fruit. Wondering Wishing says, four root canals and sensitive gums until five years ago. Started
lemon water, celery juice, and more fruit and less fat protein every day. Interesting. We're talking
about fat here. Now no pain, teeth feel strong, no issues, and I'm almost 40. Amazing. Because
what you're looking at right here is fat, fat, fat, fat, fat, fat, fat. You're just looking at lots of
fat in here. And fat is acidic. And we're going to cover that acidity in a second. Miriam says,
what does the end mean about protecting our teeth? I feel like I've let my body down because
I've lost so many of my special teeth. Look, it's not your fault if you lost teeth along the way.
A lot of people lose teeth along the way. Just so you know, there's a lot of podcast doctors,
and I said it in this episode, that don't have any other teeth. It's all pearly white because
it's all implants, right? But their podcast doctors are like, stay away from sugar. You know,
stay away from sugar. I'm Dr. Ingram, and I'm telling you to stay away from sugar to protect
your teeth. They don't have a tooth left in their mouth. This is legit. This is not actually a joke.
All the podcast doctors, even the guys that are in their forties, much younger than me,
right? Even those guys, they got like half their teeth are gone or they got all veneers because
their teeth just fell apart years ago, right? So yeah, I know a lot of people lose their teeth.
Absolutely, right? I am lucky. All my teeth are mine. I'm very, very lucky.
So anyway, so back to this. We're having some fun, you guys. We're talking about the fat in these foods, and that's critical to know. Fat, fatty acid, right? And it's not about luck. It's not about luck. I know I said, oh, but it's not about luck.
okay? It's about what we're doing for ourselves that keep our teeth. But we come into this world
also with a lot of deficiencies, serious deficiencies, a lot of toxic heavy metals we
come into this world with, you guys. A lot of deficiencies in our teeth, in our body, actually,
in our body. And then we come in here kind of broken a little bit with that because we have
so much poisons and toxins passed over from generation. I talk about this in an episode
that we just did, right?
The teeth episode, everybody's getting drilled.
You guys on TikTok, you have to check out
the Medical Medium Podcast if you can.
It's free, no commercials.
It's a number one podcast and there's no commercials.
We don't like commercials.
We don't like those.
That's why we don't have them there, all right?
It's on Apple Podcasts.
Check it out.
That's where you can hear it and it's not glitched there.
So make sure you hear it at Apple Podcasts,
Medical Medium Podcasts, and Apple Podcasts.
Teeth, everyone's getting drilled.
You don't want to miss this episode.
So let's talk about it a little bit more, some pieces in it.
It's a long episode.
You've got to hear it.
Tomas says, I love how everything is backwards.
It's crazy.
Humans are really disconnected from the source.
Spot on.
Spot on.
Couldn't have said it any better.
Could not have said it any better, right?
And also brainwashed.
Let me add something to it.
Yeah, people are brainwashed for sure.
And it's easy to get brainwashed.
It's like sugar.
Sugar is why I'm losing all my teeth.
Okay.
Yeah.
So, all right, it's the fat inside the food.
That's the big deal right there.
Fatty acids, straight acids.
And what do acids do, right?
You guys like this free, a free lecture on this information, all right?
We're here.
Acids dissolve your bones.
Every single morning, every day when we're acidic, right?
And not all acids are the same.
But every single day, we're acidic. We're losing a part of our skeletal system. We're losing a part of it every single day. We thin out. Our bones thin out. Our skull thins out. We literally pee out our skull.
Our skull gets thinner and thinner as we're urinating, literally urinating our calcium
out of our body because we're so acidic. We get up in the morning and time to go to bathroom,
time to urinate. And there it is going into the toilet. Fragments of our skull,
like the inner workings of our skull, right? Exactly. It's a big deal. Yeah. Coffee. Nope.
got my coffee right here. Okay. Coffee's another one that actually destroys teeth,
teeth and bones, makes us really acidic, right? So every single day we're acidic,
we're actually dissolving our skeletal system. So that's critical to know. You got to hear the
podcast episode. Like I can't even scratch what's in that thing. There's so much in there, right?
So it's not the sugar in the cake, you guys. It's not the sugar in the apple pie. I've heard
a dentist say it was the apples in an apple pie. Stay away from that apple pie because all the
sugar in the apples is going to ruin your teeth. So it's better stay away from that apple pie.
Everything else in that apple pie is fine. All the lard, that's fine. All the butter and lard in
that apple pie, that's fine. All the gluten in that apple pie, everything else, oh, that's all
good. But stay away from the apple pie because those apples, it's way too sweet, right? Yeah.
Now, you can't use a straw to try to drink your coffee and your vinegar because it's not about
touching the teeth. So let's not mistaken that. Let's not get this mistaken. What people think
is when you drink your coffee, if you use a straw, you won't ruin your teeth with your coffee,
but that's not how it works. Your teeth aren't ruining, your coffee's not ruining your teeth
because it's touching your teeth. Your coffee's ruining your teeth because it gets into your
bloodstream. It actually goes into your bloodstream. And that's why that acidity gets
into the core, the guts of us, into our bloodstream. Our body systems become acidic.
And when our body systems become acidic, crap starts to break down. Things start to happen.
We start to lose our teeth. Bacteria starts to eat our teeth up even faster and quicker.
it. Then we start getting mineral deficiencies because we're so acidic. We're getting a calcium
deficiency to begin with. The calcium deficiency is one of the first things that just start
happening. You can have that calcium deficiency as a child all the way back. It's the first thing
that starts happening. Andrea says, juicing has been hard on my teeth and I have any oil at all.
And I have any oil at all. I don't know what I'm missing. So juicing is hard on your teeth.
So I don't know what kind of juicing you mean, like celery juicing is hard on your teeth.
It wasn't all the coffee 10 years ago and the vinegar every day and the salsas and all the
condiments and the mustard and everything else. It wasn't the vinegar in the egg salad. It wasn't
the vinegar and every other food. You got to listen to the podcast episode. Okay. Learn about
deficiencies in the podcast episode. You'll learn about this. Juicing helps to restore your teeth.
Well, it depends what you're juicing.
What are you making?
Like, what are you drinking?
Is it kombucha tea?
If it's kombucha tea, you're going to destroy your teeth and lose your teeth.
Kombucha tea is so acidic, it turns your blood into straight acid.
Here's the sad part.
I see it all the time.
I know a lot of people, they care about their teeth.
And a lot of people doing yoga care about their teeth, okay?
You just see it all through the internet.
You see it on Instagram.
You see it everywhere, right?
It's a lot of yoga people that care about their teeth big time.
Like, that's a big part of, like, they're in their 20s.
They care about their teeth.
They want to feel good.
They want to look good.
And they're drinking kombucha tea.
And they're going to have messed up teeth later.
Their teeth are just going to have nothing but problems.
You're going to have to get implants.
You're going to have to get veneers.
You're going to have to get all this dental work.
Kombucha tea is straight acid.
And that's one of the things.
Coffee, straight acid.
Makes the system acidic.
Look, if you can't give up your coffee, at least start to bring in some good things.
Check out the episode when you can, right?
So you can bring in some good things.
So tea family says acidic fruits, acidic fruits do not hurt the teeth. So that's important to
know right there. So when it comes down to, whoa, tea family, right? Are you doing some pizza?
That's something to know right there. Lost my buddy there. Are you doing any,
you're worried about acidic fruits, tea family. How many of these are you doing? Are you doing
your pizza every week? Are you doing your pizza once a month? That right there is the
teeth destroyer. Now, look, I'm not trying to say you can't have fun and you can't have some food,
but if you're worried about your teeth that much, you got to listen to the lemon water episode too.
If you guys just got here, check this out, right? We released a new podcast episode. It's teeth.
Everyone's getting drilled and you have to hear also the lemon water episode released last week.
You got to listen to both of them so you can learn and it's commercial free.
I forgot to tell you guys last time, commercial free. Is that insane? It's sick.
listen to the lemon water episode right you can if you're scared of fruit if you're scared of
lemon if you're scared of fruit or if you're scared of something right listen to that lemon
water episode it's so powerful okay but yeah i that's what happens someone will say like it's
fruit but they'll be eating pizza and they'll be eating everything else so let's just talk about
that a little bit right i got some chocolate bars right here you guys so you guys don't mind if i
take a chocolate break because I like need a chocolate high right now, man. I'm like,
I'm tired. I'm cranky. I got a lot going on, you know, and every day I take a chocolate break
every single day, you know, because I have to have my fix, right? Oh, that's interesting.
This chocolate bar is wrapped in aluminum. Do you guys notice that your chocolate bars are
wrapped in aluminum, right? We get lots of aluminum in us. And next thing you know, we're more
depressed and then more depressed, more depressed. Our anxiety is getting crazier. We're starting to
have all these problems. Our skin's getting worse, right? Our teeth get worse. Aluminum is so good
for us, right? I'm opening up a couple of chocolate bars. I'm just trying to decide which chocolate
bar I want, right? I got this one. It smells so good. Oh my God. Chocolate, right? Not,
not. All right. I'm getting my chocolate bar out, right? Anyway, so what, listen, I just
got to be honest here. It's not the sugar in the chocolate bar. It's not that that causes
the teeth problem, right? It's the chocolate and the fat in the chocolate. That's what destroys the
teeth. And chocolate's really acidic, okay? And then the caffeine in the chocolate too, it's really,
really acidic, okay? And I know people who eat chocolate every single day, they don't want to
hear this. But you might want to hear the episode, which is really cool, okay? But I know people don't
want to hear it. But if we want to keep our teeth and keep them strong and keep all of our teeth and
not have to sit in a dentist chair getting drilled all the time. Like we might want to back down on
our chocolate a little bit. It's the chocolate, the fat, the fatty acids that really hit hard on
the teeth, right? So that's something to know right there. Victoria Rising from the ashes.
Cool handle, man. My teeth sensitivity went away the last five years on medical medium. I used to
cry in pain at the dental office when they would clean my teeth. And the last time I went,
no pain or sensitivity. Incredible, Victoria. Amazing because you started fixing all your
deficiencies. So what you did was, what you did was the medical medium books, right? I don't have
plans to heal right here, but I got liver rescue. I got medical medium, right? You guys should have
all these books, right? And go to the library, get them for free if you want. If you don't want to
get them on sale at Amazon, they're like 58% off, 53% off at amazon.com right now, right? Anyway,
you guys, you fix your deficiencies. You work on healing. You get your celery juice in there. You
get your lemon water every single day. You cleanse your liver. You clean that acid out of your body
and your teeth start coming back and your nerves start to heal. You work on protocols in here too.
Amanda says, medicine that dissolves in your mouth, sublingle definitely also causes cavities.
Doctors tell you to brush your teeth an hour after, still in bloodstream, laugh out loud,
right on. Yep, exactly. 100%. So yeah, important information, you guys. So let's talk a little
bit more about this too. So mineral deficiencies are a big deal. And that's another thing we do.
We actually not only come here with mineral deficiencies, but we create mineral deficiencies.
We create them with some of the foods we eat, right? Every time we're eating ice cream,
We just were one step down on the mineral deficiencies.
Like, boom, we're losing our minerals.
Every time we have our dairy products, boom, we lose our minerals.
We lose our minerals.
And I'm not judging anybody.
I got friends who just eat whatever they want, whatever they want to do.
And then, yeah, they cry.
They cry and they talk to me and they call me and they say, look, I'm losing all my teeth.
Hey, W, I don't know what to do.
I got to get another root canal.
I'm saying, what did you eat yesterday?
I had an ice cream, but it was a coconut ice cream.
Joseph said, AW, can cavities repair themselves? Naturally, yes. In many cases, they can.
You have to make sure you're taking the right supplementation. You got to make sure
you're doing the right supplements. That's one right there. You guys know I work with
Vimergy and stuff like that. I mean, you got to check out their stuff, is what I would always say.
and um but yeah check them out and it's just the stuff i use all the time but yeah cavities
can heal when we give our body everything they need so it's a compilation of doing your lemon
water doing your celery juice making sure you're doing your heavy metal detox smoothie making sure
you're on the right kinds of supplements making sure that you're doing all these things and then
the foods too picking and choosing the foods right the whole bit and that's important too
Mindy says, have compassion for yourself. We all make mistakes. You know, a lot of people
make mistakes and it's okay. It's perfectly fine. It's perfectly fine. So can't recommend cacao
because of caffeine and the fat content. So T. Henderson. So we'll talk about it a little bit.
Well, that's the thing. If the fat is so, so intense and it's so hard on the system for a
lot of people and people don't know it, but it's addictive because of the caffeine. So it's like
the caffeine in the chocolate makes you so like turns you into a chocolate, you know, chocolate
addict, right? You're actually addicted to it, which is another thing too. If someone's very sick,
cavities might not repair because they're so deficient. If someone has a lot of viral issues,
low grade viral infections, toxic heavy metals, it's not easy to repair cavities because you have
so many other hills to climb. But man, when you get your viral load down, when you get your toxic
heavy metals down, when you get the toxins down and your immune system built back up,
you can really make a difference, right? Anyway, you guys, check out the episode if you can,
right? Check them out. Check them out. Both all three episodes. I just put out three episodes,
right? A supplements episode. I put out a lemon water episode, teeth episode. I just put out
yesterday, last night. Check it out when you can. Link is in the profile. Link is in the
description right there, you guys. Incredible. So get to it when you can. Medical Leaning Podcast
at Apple Podcasts. You don't miss out. It's commercial free. I'm going live on Instagram
in a little bit and I'll turn TikTok back on. I'll talk to you soon.
